Your children are always our honorary guests. From July 15, 2010 till August 15, 2010 we only accept reservations of families with children up till 13, to give them all the attention they deserve...
In all other periods of spring, summer and autumn we receive families with children of all ages. A solid team of sports and activities
counsellors will take care of your young people at all times. The toddlers will have their own brand new pool. Or, as Wout van Hoorn (7) sais : this is the first campsite where they care more about the children than about their parent.
You can take part in leisure with the program for adults, plays and sports, evening-sixties, excursions with topics, ballade in the tourist train, excursions of all kinds: workshop of Nougat with Montepmar, Small valley Bridge of Arc for the descent of Ardeche in canoë/kayak, Merry, Labastide de Virac, Pouzin, etc (the camp-site with its characteristic because, you pay only one moderate sum of participation in the fuel). Although you chose LUDO Camping for its sun, its nature and its relaxation, the excursions which we propose can agreeably supplement your program of idleness.
Our highly praised activities program is based on our 19 year old experience (we started in 1990) in the matter, and has been the main theme of our campsite. Ludo is Latin for : I play.
With its 325 sun hours on average per month in July and August, the Ardeche is one of the sunniest places in France.
Up and around the campsite we enforce strict safety- and sanitary rules and nightly rest.
Extra large terrace plots and pitches of 165 m2 (at no extra charge), many shady lots along the riverside, spacious sanitary facilities,
playgrounds and volleyball field, rough nature at the dam (the by our guests so called “paradise”), all help create calm and quietness.
For the kindergarten kids we offer -in addition to the daily hours of child “routines”- events and theme nights like fairies, Indians,
animals, magic, childrens discothèque and other popular events.
Every now and then a small exhibition will be held of your offsprings’ accomplishments.
From 6/7 years, children can participate in outdoor sports.
We organize the following activities for them (accompanied by accredited instructors) : climbing, tree-top trail, go-cart, horse/pony
riding, quad.
Kids with a first class swimming diploma are allowed to participate in canyoning, speleology and canoeing.
These activities are not free of charge, as opposed to all sports and games organised daily by the Ludo team up and around the campsite.
Teenagers and adults will not be forgotten! (before July 15, 2010 and after August 15, 2010) Since the start of the enterprise 13 years ago we work with a superb team of guides, assisted by our own counsellors and kindergarten teachers, thus securing a safe and happy vacation for the whole family.
What is atmosphere? That one thing you need on vacation, but which does not fit in your suitcase and is nowhere for sale. Guests tell us they really get good rest, they sleep well, feel fit, get rid of minor pains and stiffness. All that has to do with ambiance.
